Subscription Requirement
All website builds require and are contingent upon an active subscription plan. Work does not begin until a subscription is active. Canceling your subscription ends all website maintenance and update services.
Update Rollover Policy
Unused updates do not roll over to the following month. Your monthly update allowance resets on your billing date. Updates cannot be banked, transferred, or credited.
Add-Ons
Add-on services are available based on your current plan tier. Some add-ons may not be available on the Starter plan. All add-on pricing is disclosed prior to billing.
Scope Boundaries
Standard plans cover content updates within your defined update allowance. Full redesigns, complex integrations, custom applications, database builds, and large feature additions are outside standard scope and will be quoted separately.
Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Consulting services are invoiced per engagement. Payment is due prior to work beginning on consulting projects. Subscriptions are charged on a recurring basis until canceled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Upon cancellation, website access and update services will cease at the end of the billing period.
